Doctorato is a doctor discovery and appointment booking platform. We do not provide medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments booked through Doctorato are subject to doctor availability. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund where applicable.
5. Doctor Listings
Doctors listed on Doctorato are independent practitioners. Doctorato does not employ doctors and is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided.
6. Payments
Payments processed through our platform are secure. Fees are as displayed at the time of booking. Refund policies are outlined during the booking process.
7. Limitation of Liability
Doctorato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the medical services booked through it.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
